These terms apply when you use caporcup.com or create a CapOrCup account. You must be at least 13 to hold an account; if you are not old enough to agree where you live, a parent or guardian must permit your use. The current release does not accept payment or activate paid plans.
CapOrCup provides hockey research, calculations, forecasts, scenarios, and creator tools for informational use. Results can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, model-generated, or based on assumptions. They are not legal, tax, investment, employment, medical, scouting, or collective-bargaining advice. Validate decisions against executed agreements, official records, and applicable rules.
You may not evade access, authorization, attribution, rights, safety, or rate-limit controls; introduce prohibited personal data; impersonate another person; disrupt the service; or publish material you lack authority to use. We may restrict access when reasonably needed for security, integrity, rights, or availability.
CapOrCup is provided as is and as available. To the extent law permits, implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss are disclaimed. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ontario and applicable Canadian law govern without overriding mandatory protections where you live.
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice before they take effect. The production contact channel will be published only after end-to-end delivery and reply are verified.
